Your responsibilities
- Meeting big hairy audacious sales targets and reporting results;
- Managing and interpreting customers’ requirements;
- Leading important technical sales projects and helping in the design of custom-made products;
- Analyze target customers and build their development plans. Create value propositions;
- Represent OPTOMAN and its values in online and live events;
- Serving as the main point of contact for customers while building and nurturing trustful, long-lasting relationships;
- Helping to improve sales and sales related process.
Required superpowers
- Fluent English;
- Good technical knowledge in physics, lasers, optics, and photonics;
- Experience in high-added value technical B2B sales will be considered a huge benefit;
- Strong analytical and presentation skills;
- The ability to manage the heavy workload of multiple concurrent projects and priorities at once;
- Problem-solving and creative thinking capabilities;
- Strong project management skills.
