Your responsibilities

 

  • Meeting big hairy audacious sales targets and reporting results;
  • Managing and interpreting customers’ requirements;
  • Leading important technical sales projects and helping in the design of custom-made products;
  • Analyze target customers and build their development plans. Create value propositions;
  • Represent OPTOMAN and its values in online and live events;
  • Serving as the main point of contact for customers while building and nurturing trustful, long-lasting relationships;
  • Helping to improve sales and sales related process.

 

Required superpowers

 

  • Fluent English;
  • Good technical knowledge in physics, lasers, optics, and photonics;
  • Experience in high-added value technical B2B sales will be considered a huge benefit;
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills;
  • The ability to manage the heavy workload of multiple concurrent projects and priorities at once;
  • Problem-solving and creative thinking capabilities;
  • Strong project management skills.
