OPTOMAN

Objectives and Responsibilities:

 

  • Maintain overall office organization and cleanliness;
  • Ensure timely forecasting and procurement of stationery and essential supplies for the company, including coordinating with vendors;
  • Manage administrative tasks and oversee the organization and archiving of company documents;
  • Provide support to managers and assist team members as required;
  • Assist in coordinating company initiatives and events.

 

Required Superpowers:

 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.);
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken Lithuanian and English languages;
  • Demonstrated proactive approach and sense of responsibility;
  • Positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and effective planning abilities.
