Objectives and Responsibilities:
- Learning crazy fast about lasers, laser optics, photonics and sales;
- Managing and interpreting customers’ requirements;
- Serving as the main point of contact for customers while building and nurturing trustful, long-lasting relationships;
- Analyze target customers and their development. Create value propositions;
- Meeting regular sales targets and reporting results;
- Represent OPTOMAN and its values in online and live events;
- Helping in the design of custom-made products.
Required Superpowers:
- Fluent English;
- Technical knowledge in physics, lasers, optics, and photonics;
- Strong analytical and presentation skills;
- The ability to manage the heavy workload of multiple concurrent projects and priorities at once;
- Excellent problem-solving and creative thinking capabilities;
- Experience in high-added value technical B2B sales will be considered a huge benefit.
