Objectives and Responsibilities:


    • Learning crazy fast about lasers, laser optics, photonics and sales;
    • Managing and interpreting customers’ requirements;
    • Serving as the main point of contact for customers while building and nurturing trustful, long-lasting relationships;
    • Analyze target customers and their development. Create value propositions;
    • Meeting regular sales targets and reporting results;
    • Represent OPTOMAN and its values in online and live events;
    • Helping in the design of custom-made products.


Required Superpowers:


  • Fluent English;
  • Technical knowledge in physics, lasers, optics, and photonics;
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills;
  • The ability to manage the heavy workload of multiple concurrent projects and priorities at once;
  • Excellent problem-solving and creative thinking capabilities;
  • Experience in high-added value technical B2B sales will be considered a huge benefit.
