Objectives and Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute aggressive long-term marketing strategy, goals, and objectives.
    • Create and present the annual marketing plan and strategy.
    • Design, plan and execute effective marketing campaigns including tradeshows.
    • Determine KPIs for marketing.
    • Keep the marketing budget in check.
    • Work with sales, R&D and marketing partners to build success stories.
    • Develop OPTOMAN brand book.
    • Stay up to date with the latest marketing, sales, laser, and optics technologies.

Required Superpowers

  • 3 years’ experience in B2B marketing in technology driven industry.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to craft technical marketing content.
  • Track of records in executing successful marketing strategies.
  • Super-fast learning.
  • Technical knowledge in physics, lasers, optics, and photonics in general will be considered as a huge advantage.

Rewards

    • Starting salary 2500 - 3000 EUR/month gross and depends on qualifications of candidate.
