Objectives and Responsibilities
Develop your team of Account Managers to the A-TEAM.
Develop, implement, and execute strategies and tactics which will deliver the best products and/or services and grow existing accounts while ensuring top quality.
Forecast and achieve ambitious sales goals with expected growth rate of ~100% per year.
Serve as the lead point of contact for customers while building and nurturing trustful, long-lasting relationships.
Experience in high added value technical B2B sales.
Technical knowledge in physics, lasers, optics, and photonics in general will be considered as a huge advantage.
Impressive track of records in a development of sales and sales organization with fast pace in highly competitive business environment. Growth from 1 million EUR to 10 million EUR in 5 years is impressive enough, as for example.
Track of records in sales team of any size management and development.
- Salary >5000 EUR/month gross and depends on qualifications of candidate.
